Plantation Rum Isle of Fiji is made with Fijian sugarcane that thrives in this terroir's volcanic soil and some of the purest waters on earth. All this sugarcane is cut by hand using traditional techniques, then turned to molasses at the local mill in Lautoka. This ode to the beauty and traditions of the Fiji Islands is double-aged: first in Fiji in ex-bourbon casks, then travelling by sea (what they like to call "dynamic ageing") before arriving in France for the second stage of the double ageing process. This creates warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins and a rich, round finish.

Plantation Rum Xaymaca Special Dry revives the legendary "rum funk" of traditional pot still Jamaican rums from the 1800s. This blend of very special rums from Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries reveals a power found nowhere else today with intense notes of black banana and flambéed pineapple.
