In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed. The latest release from The Shed Distillery: an Irish gin with an exotic twist! This gin is distilled with more than 12 oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea, and a hint of Sardinian citrus - one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world found only on the island of Sardinia. The mix of botanicals and gunpowder tea gives this gin a uniquely fragrant, almost exotic aroma. Flavours are a delightful meld of orange and grapefruit, which leads to a mysterious finish. Best enjoyed in a smooth, refreshing cocktail or on its own with a generous wedge of fresh red grapefruit.

An Italian organic distilled gin made with botanicals and natural essential oils organic certified. The distillation takes place under vacuum at very low temperatures - a process which is the brilliant motor of this spirit - allowing a high concentration of totally natural aromas and perfumes. At the end, all the elements are blended with spring water from the Alps.

In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.

A new and permanent member of the Four Pillars family, Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour.

Similar in style to the Rare Dry Gin but with the addition of three fresh botanicals: turmeric to add weight and earthiness, ginger for spice and zesty native finger limes.
