The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

Everyone loves an original. The original song, the original movie, the original sneakers, even. So, Emerson's are bringing back a special limited edition original of their own - Pilsner. Or as it was originally called, Pride of the Plains. First brewed on 16 May 1995, with Saaz D hops (now known as Riwaka), this 2025 reboot has been inspired by the original single-hop recipe. It has the same bold fruit flavours, and notes of passionfruit and lime. Make the most of it, it might not be around again for another 30 years.

If you've been mowing your super-long lawn, running super-fast, or out in the super-hot sun, you'll need to super-quench your super-thirst. This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while it's light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug, too.

A Low Carb beer that just isn't about being low carb, it is about the flavour. It is a Low Carb Pale Ale that has the incredible hop aroma and hop flavour you expect from a typical Epic beer. Luke Nicholas owner/founder of Epic Brewing Company says 'we were shocked when reading that Low Carb beer sales were greater than the total Craft Beer market in New Zealand. Epic have used an 'Epic' amount of hops as you would expect from them. Epic have the biggest, juiciest, stickiest Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops they could find. A blend of T90 and Cryo hops to give the maximum desired aromas and flavours. It's like drizzling freshly squeezed passion fruit, mango and pineapple juice across your tongue. 5.3% alc/vol and a super low bitterness and maximum haze, will keep every Hazy-Head happy with being able to sit down and drink a few from the six pack.

This beer takes its name from Estrella the Spanish word for 'star' and Damm, the founding family's name. Since 1876 this beer has been brewed according to the original recipe. Golden in colour, this crisp lager is rounded with dark-roasted notes to give it personality and final flavour.
